FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, we will contact Texas811 48+ hours before your project begins. Please note that Texas811 will not mark your private utility drops, private gas lines, sprinkler systems, and pool or spa lines. The utility companies will need access to your yard to mark the lines. Please keep gates unlocked if necessary.
The excess dirt will be spread around the base of your new fence, and it will not be hauled away.
We can install approximately 200+ linear feet per day, dependent on ground conditions and weather.
The corners and the end posts will be the only posts that will removed entirely, unless otherwise needed. The line posts will be cut to grade, and pounded under ground. New holes will be dug for the line posts.
A Down Payment equal to half (1/2) of the total balance listed on your invoice will be due 48 hours before work is scheduled to begin. Final payments are due in full at the time of completion, and are considered late after 10 days. We take all major credit cards, cash and checks, but we do not offer in house financing.
Unlike other fence companies, we have used the same reliable and quality crews for over a decade. We will not “pick up” extra untrained crews to get work done faster. Every job we do is important to us, and the quality of our workmanship due to our trained crews is paramount.
We offer a one year warranty on labor only. Since wood is a natural product, we cannot warranty it. If you purchase a TREX, Simtek, Certaineed, Secure Weld, Forster or Ameristar fence from us – all of these product lines come with extended manufacturers warranty. 9) Where can I register my new Ameristar fence?
You can register your Ameristar brand fence at https://extranet.ameristarfence.com/product-registration/
